2. Customer Support
• Our support team is available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (GMT) via email, live chat, and support tickets.
• We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.
• For technical issues, please check our FAQs and Help Centre before submitting a request.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
3.1 Course Cancellations
• Students may cancel their enrolment within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
• After 24 hours, cancellations will not be eligible for a refund but may qualify for a course credit (see section 3.3).
3.2 Refund Policy
• Self-Paced Courses: Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if less than 20% of the course content has been accessed.
• Live/Instructor-Led Courses: Refunds are available if cancelled at least 48 hours before the course start date.
• Subscription Plans: Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, but refunds are not provided for the current billing cycle.
3.3 Course Credits
• If a refund is not eligible, students may request a course credit to apply to a future course within 90 days.
• Course credits are non-transferable and must be used within the specified timeframe.

• Personal Data Protection: We comply with GDPR and relevant data privacy laws to protect your information.
• Secure Transactions: Payment details are processed through encrypted and secure gateways.
• No Sharing of Information: We do not sell or share student data with third parties for marketing purposes.
• Student Progress & Certificates: Your learning progress and certifications are securely stored and accessible only to you.

To maintain a positive learning environment, students must:
• Respect instructors and fellow learners in course discussions.
• Avoid sharing course materials without permission.
• Refrain from using inappropriate or offensive language in discussions.
• Understand that violations of these policies may result in suspension or removal from the platform.
